Our vigorous application engineering process, ensure that the optimum size waterjet is selected to underpin reliability and superior performance throughout the vessel life not just the sea trial on day one.
As part of our standard engineering support to select and supply waterjet propulsion for your application, we also provide technical assistance to verify engineering requirements and interfaces for machinery, cabling, components and systems within our scope of supply.
Engineering support at the location of vessel construction is available during commissioning tests, dock and sea trial to verify acceptable performance of the equipment, machinery, components, associated auxiliary equipment, and systems to ensure attainment of the required design and performance parameters.
The service is standard and included in all waterjet packages that are configured with electronic control system.
The modular built, and simple maintenance regime of our waterjet products together with reasonably priced and readily available spares for all wearable parts means that you can reliably operate and maintain your waterjets, with no need to acquire any special tool or to stock spare parts; hence minimum cost burden to your business ongoing.
Working with operators, we also stock appropriate long-lead parts in the relevant regional service centre to enable immediate dispatch when and if required.
Our extensive and ever growing network of Service & Support partners worldwide means that you will find us at your side round the clock, every day of the year.
Utilising latest communication technologies, our engineers can virtually join on-the-ground technicians during repair and maintenance procedures as and when required.
With a Doen WaterJets ‘Service Agreement’ operators can further underpin the reliability and availability of their equipment. Based on the specific application, duty cycle and operational requirements, we will carefully plan all the necessary routine services.
In addition to our standard 12-months warranty, vessel owners can also sign up for our Extended Program; it includes the same full coverage as in the standard first year warranty for up to two additional years.
Comprehensive operation and maintenance and spare parts catalogues are provided in both hardcopy and softcopy formats with every single unit.
Basic through to comprehensive training specifically tailored to suit individual operators is available and can be conducted in our HQ or the premise of the customer.
